There are many DIY recipes for honey and garlic (simply combine garlic cloves, honey, and eat), but here are a few key things to remember:

•Children under age 1 should not be given honey.

•If you choose to ferment garlic and honey, be sure to “burp,” (let the air out of) the jar!

•Make sure you’re using raw, real honey (preferably from an Indian beekeeper😉).

•Be sure to properly clean whatever utensils you’ll be using!
