My Kitchen Scrapbook

My Kitchen Scrapbook Michus Kitchen - Updates of my experiments in the kitchen...
Created By Misiriya Shareef I am not a professional cook by any means.

Of course I learned the basic lessons of cooking from my Mom who is good in traditional Malabari foods. My Dad also was good in cooking and he gave me some valuable tips when I planned to relocate to U.A.E. I got a chance to taste food from different cultures and countries when I was living with my husband in U.A.E. My passion for cooking starts there. I started to try different dishes like Indian

, Arabic, Mediterranean, Chinese etc. and happened to take pictures of some of the food I made, with the support from my hubby. Some of those pictures were uploaded to Facebook and that led to start the page 'My Kitchen Scrapbook'

Musakhan Roll

Musakhan rolls are a delightful variation of the classic traditional Palestinian dish...A delicious flavor of chicken mixed with caramelized onions cooked in extra virgin olive oil and lots of sumac spice, then all wrapped in a thin flat bread into small rolls and baked until crispy.
