Beef Palli curry Recipe 😋

Beef - 1.5kg
Onion - 3 medium
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 3 spoon
Curry leaves, coriander leaves
Curcumin powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 4 spoon
Garam masala - 2 spoon
Salt - 1 or 1.5 spoon
Coconut oil - half cup
Water - 3/4 cup
(Pressure cook until 4-8 whistles based on beef)

Dry chillies - 6-8, Coriander seed - 3 spoon, Fennel seed - 2 spoon (Saute and make fine powder, add when boiling in pot)

(Add more salt if needed)

Grated coconut - 3/4 cup - saute and make medium powder ( add only when curry becomes creamy)
