This weekend, we ditched the electric blender entirely and went back to our roots. Because let’s be honest—nothing can match the texture, flavor, and sheer love of a shorbat that is fully hand-mashed and mixed by hand. It’s exactly how our grandmothers did it, and the difference is unmatched. 🥹✨

I’ve been away for a while, but it feels so good to be back! I couldn’t think of a better way to restart 💫 than at my absolute favorite food spot in the entire world: Kata Walking Street. 🇹🇭

There’s just something about this bubble waffle that tastes like home (and pure happiness).
