Visited 14PM at Middleton Street and let’s just say, the global-fusion menu was an absolute stunner! 🍽️

Avocado Thecha Pani Puri 🥑💥. It’s crispy, elevated with a buttery avocado twist, and served with those perfect green and red pitchers of flavored water. Street food, but make it gourmet.
Paired it with a perfectly grilled, stuffed flatbread served alongside some zesty salsa and lachha pyaaz. The balance of textures and flavors here is incredible!

You can’t call it a true NH44 road trip if you didn’t pull over for this!!

There’s something incredibly comforting about the iconic red-and-white sketch on this cup. But what’s inside is the real magic—thick, creamy, perfectly sweet, and absolutely legendary. 🥛✨

Amrik Sukhdev is always the ultimate go-to pitstop, but no matter how massive the menu is, a road trip via Murthal is never complete without washing down those heavy paranthas with their amazing, soul-satisfying lassi. It’s pure happiness in a cup. 🤗

We hopped in **Pancha-Sattva** at Balewadi High Street, and oh boy, our taste buds are still dancing!

The real showstopper: they take you on an epic culinary journey across South India, serving authentic, traditional delicacies from 5 different states!

Here’s the lowdown on what stole our hearts:

* The Food: A mind-blowing exploration of the South! Every dish was a masterpiece—the balance of spices, the freshness of ingredients, and the gorgeous plating completely blew us away. It’s literal art on a plate!

There are two ways to make Aam Pora Shorbat: the quick way, and the right way.
This weekend, we ditched the electric blender entirely and went back to our roots. Because let’s be honest—nothing can match the texture, flavor, and sheer love of a shorbat that is fully hand-mashed and mixed by hand. It’s exactly how our grandmothers did it, and the difference is unmatched. 🥹✨
