Mitti Café is a non-profit organisation .We are a chain of cafes that provides experiential training and employment to adults with physical ,intellectual and psychiatric disability. Mitti Cafés across India are managed by hundreds of adults with disability who have have in the last 3 years served over 5 million meals and beverages-thereby creating awareness about inclusion with every meal served.

Their warriors with disability in this pandemic have cooked and served over 1.3 million meals to the poor and vulnerable communities and homeless groups,thereby proving the magic of abilities as a result of economic independence and dignity . Mitti has been featured in the Forbes List of 30 under 30,received the Mind-tree Hellen Keller Award, Times of India She Unlimited Award ,Rotary exemplar award ,Commonwealth Youth Icon Award amongst others ,Microsost Nipman Award amongst others

Back in 2018, when Mr. Narayana Murthy visited our humble little café in Hubli—which at the time consisted of just a single table and an umbrella—we were truly awestruck. Shortly after, he spoke about Mitti Café on DD Chandana, highlighting how deeply touched and inspired he was by our team members with disabilities.

Today, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our second café at an Infosys campus! Following our first launch in Bangalore, we have now officially arrived at Infosys Hyderabad.

This journey would not have been possible without Smt. Aruna C. Newton. Her vision and belief in Mitti brought us into the Infosys fold when we were just starting out; her foresight ensured that Mitti Café found a home within such a globally prestigious organization. We are endlessly grateful for her support.

A heartfelt thank you to Kathleen for your unwavering encouragement and for always having our back. To Geeta and Gopi—this magic happened because of your tireless efforts. Thank you for believing in this initiative and bringing it to life.

We are also deeply grateful to Shri Raghu Boddupally, Preeti Jhalla Razdan, and every guest who joined us to make this inauguration truly unforgettable.
