1958- Company founded by Mr Lee Shih Chuan at the corner of 11 Lu Shun Sarani, Kolkata, West Bengal. Started with just selling sauces by the spoonful. Sauces included the Green Chilli sauce (Mr Lee being the pioneer of this much loved sauce) and also our best-selling naturally brewed and fermented Soya Sauces. Our Indian-Chinese Soya sauce is the main ingredient in the now world-renowned Hakka dish called "Chilli Chicken."
1999- Beginning of the commercial production of Our range of Hakka Chinese Noodles
2017- KIM brand launch, Under this "Pouchong KIM" banner, we have launched various new and premium quality sauces, with unique recipes such as Hunan sauce, Oyster sauces, Seasoning sauce, and many more
2018- Launch of Ming Dimsum store in Kasba, Kolkata at 104 Rajdanga golpark near acropolis mall and just next to the tribarno bus stand. Here we sell ready to eat hakka chinese street food like baos, sui-mai(fish dumplings), fish ball soups, wontons, momos and value combo meals too. We also sell our entire new Pouchong KIM products here too.
