Well, I like to eat out and I like to write and so why not?. I don't claim to be a connoisseur of food, nor an expert on how authentic a cuisine can be. But I know enough of food to be fair. I strive to give an honest opinion of the experience we had at a restaurant, the food, the ambiance and those aspects that you would look for when scouting for a place to eat. I believe opinions on restaurants are formed on your first visit there. If you had a bad experience, you are unlikely to go back. I don't expect everyone to agree or like my opinion, but then, we all have different palates don't we!. Am all for hearing what you have to say...
