e Taj Group of Hotels, Carnival Cruise Lines (USA), Reliance Industries Limited, Specialty Restaurants Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Reliance Media Works Limited, Amrit Group of Companies etc. We have also been associated as Lecturer/Examiner/Consultant with Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Kolkata and Indian Institute Cerebral Palsy. We have designed/run several restaurants (fine and casual dining), QSRs, Banqueting Services, Food Courts and ran Catering Services.
