On properly analyzing after a series of market research we undertook over a span of 30 days in Kolkata city,we came across striking numbers to back us on the fact that catering services in the city lack the basic pre-requisites of the industry. Some of the issues faced by the clients of such catering providing enterprises are: lack of hygiene, lack of standard practices in customer dealings, no structured work policies and most importantly serious work ethic issues. We at Yummy Delights have taken the first step towards this and have decided to cleanse the school canteen circles in the city. So we have begun putting up sumptuous meals for school children on our own stalls and personalized food carts. We believe in serving the children the right kind of food they need. No artificial flavoring, no preservatives, no coloring!!!! Fresh and tasty food every day!
