शूक्ष्मस कैफे

अगर कोटा में सबसे ऑथेंटिक साउथ इंडियन खाना खाना है, तो यह जगह ज़रूर ट्राय करें। यहाँ का खाना सिर्फ स्वादिष्ट ही नहीं, बल्कि जिस तरीके से इसे सर्व किया जाता है, वो भी काफी इम्प्रेसिव है।

सबसे अच्छी बात यह है कि यहाँ हर डिश अच्छी क्वालिटी के घी में बनाई जाती है और किसी भी खाने को प्रेशर कुकर में नहीं पकाया जाता, जिससे उसका स्वाद और न्यूट्रिशन दोनों बरकरार रहते हैं।

इनका बनाना लीफ मील सिर्फ ₹250 में मिलता है (रेगुलर प्राइस ₹350), लेकिन इसके लिए आपको एक दिन पहले या फिर उसी दिन दोपहर 12 बजे से पहले प्री-बुकिंग करनी होती है।

इसी तरह इनकी राजस्थानी दाल-बाटी थाली भी प्री-बुकिंग पर सिर्फ ₹220 में मिलती है।

सच कहूँ तो, एक बार यहाँ का खाना खाओगे तो आपको ज़रूर पसंद आएगा।

अग्रवाल पकोड़ी भंडार 🌧️

पिछले 35 सालों से ये सवाई माधोपुर की मशहूर दाल पकोड़ी बना रहे हैं और इनका स्वाद सच में लाजवाब है।
कोटा में जब भी बारिश होती है, ये मेरी सबसे पसंदीदा जगहों में से एक है।

यहाँ की दाल पकोड़ी के साथ-साथ गोभी की पकोड़ी भी बेहद स्वादिष्ट है।
मुझे दोनों ही बहुत पसंद आईं।

They have been making sawai madhavpur’s famous daal pakodi from last 35 years and they taste delicious and this is my favourite spot whenever it rains in kota.
They also make very yummy gobhi ki pakodi as well.
I totally loved them both.

It is the best place in kota to have coffee and the are the only ones who is serving flavoured cold brews.
Perfect ambience and a place where you cold work while enjoying tasty food and coffee or if you want to chill with your friends this place is a proper 10 on 10.
Also i really really love their ghachar pachar sandwich it’s very unique and super yummy.

अभी नया-नया शुरू हुआ है, लेकिन यहाँ का स्वाद काफी अच्छा है।
गुमानपुरा मेन रोड पर इनकी बैठने की व्यवस्था बहुत बढ़िया है और मेरे हिसाब से यह गुमानपुरा की सबसे एस्थेटिक जूस शॉप्स में से एक है।

यहाँ आपको जूस और शेक्स की काफी बड़ी वैरायटी मिल जाती है।
इनके शेक्स शुद्ध फलों से बनाए जाते हैं और साफ-सफाई का भी पूरा ध्यान रखा जाता है।

इनके जूस में किसी भी तरह की मिलावट नहीं की जाती।
जूस की कीमत सिर्फ ₹40 से शुरू हो जाती है और शेक्स बनाने के लिए ये Amul का दूध इस्तेमाल करते हैं।

They have very nice sitting in the main gumanpura i think it is the most aesthetic juice shop in gumanpura.
They have a wide variety of juice and shakes.
They make their shakes with pure fruits and they take care of proper hygiene.
They do not mix anything in their juices. Also, the price start from just ₹40 and for the shakes they use Amul milk.
My personal favourite is mango special

Made with coal on a sighdi and you can take as much as sambhar and chutney you want.
My personal recommendation is their mysore masala dosa.
