Thecha Hakka Noodle is what happens when healthy tastes unapologetically delicious. Made with Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles, it perfectly balances health and heat, delivering 20g of protein in every pack.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Keya Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles
- 1 tbsp Keya Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Keya Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- Chopped coriander
- Salt to taste

For thecha -
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5–6 garlic cloves
- 4–5 green chillies
- ¼ cup peanuts
- ⅓ tsp salt

Method:
- Bring water to a boil. Add salt, oil, and Keya Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic, green chillies, peanuts, and salt. Roast well.
- Coarsely grind the mixture to make the thecha.
- In another pan, add garlic, prepared thecha, and boiled noodles.
- Season with soya sauce, green chilli sauce, black pepper, and vinegar. Adjust salt to taste.
- Toss well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.

Cajun Moong Dal Pakoras end the myth that nutritious means boring. Seasoned with Keya Cajun Seasoning, these golden, fiery bites disappear before the plate hits the table.

Recipe:
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow moong dal (soaked 3–4 hours)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1–2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crunch)
- 1 tbsp oil (plus more for brushing)
- A pinch of baking soda (optional)

Method
- Drain soaked moong dal and grind coarsely without water.
- Mix ground dal with onion, green chillies, ginger, cumin, coriander, salt, rice flour, oil, and baking soda (optional).
- Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Shape small pakoras, place in a greased basket, and lightly brush with oil.
- Air fry at 180°C for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney or dip.

Ingredients:
• 2 sweet corn cobs (boiled)
• 1 tbsp Keya Chilli Flakes
• 1 tbsp Parsley
• 2 tbsp Keya Piri Piri Spice Mix
• 1 tbsp Keya Garlic Granules
• Salt to taste

For the Dip:
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1–2 tbsp Keya Red Chilli Sauce
• A pinch of parsley

Method:

• Boil the corn and let it cool slightly.
• Cut each cob into vertical strips (rib-style).
• In a bowl, add chilli flakes, parsley, piri piri seasoning, garlic granules, and salt.
• Toss the corn ribs in this spice mix until well coated.

For the Dip:
• Mix mayonnaise, red chilli sauce, and parsley until smooth.
• Serve the spicy corn ribs hot with the creamy dip and enjoy! 😋🔥

Stop choosing between eating healthy and eating delicious. Made with Keya’s Dark Soya Sauce and Schezwan Chilli Garlic Chutney, these High Protein Rice Paper Dumplings are perfect to hit your macros without the guilt.

Ingredients
• Rice paper sheets
• 1–2 tsp olive oil
• ½ cup chopped mushrooms
• ¼–½ cup chopped mixed bell peppers
• Spring onions, chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Keya Schezwan sauce
• 1 tsp Keya soy sauce
• 100–120 g paneer (cottage cheese)

For the Dip
• 2–3 tsp Keya soy sauce
• Sesame seeds

Method

- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped mushrooms until they soften.
- Add mixed bell peppers and spring onions and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then add Schezwan sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Now crumble in the paneer (100–120 g) and combine everything until you get a flavourful high-protein filling.
- Take a rice paper sheet and dip it in water for about 30 seconds until it softens.
- Place the filling in the center and fold it into a square dumpling pocket.
- Heat a pan with a little oil or spray oil and roast the dumplings from both sides until crispy and golden.
- For the dip, mix soy sauce and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
- Serve the crispy rice paper dumplings with sauce.
