Today was about learning how a food brand is built the right way.

Aflah began understanding the requirements involved in starting a food business in India, including registrations, packaging, and compliance, and also reached out to officials for guidance.

To learn more, he visited a local supermarket to observe how pickle brands are positioned and packaged.

Day 2 of building Muthammas Achar

Early in the journey, we realised there is more to building a food brand than just making a good product.

After a comment from our community, Aflah began learning about the licenses and approvals required to start a food brand properly in India.

This day marks the beginning of understanding compliance, responsibility, and the systems needed to build Muthammas Achar the right way.
