And just like that…
the stomach that had NO. MORE. SPACE.
somehow found room for one last bite.
And then another.
And then… “Mummy, thoda aur dena.” 😂

Because in every Indian home, “I’m full” is rarely the end of a meal.
It’s just a temporary pause before Mummy brings out the chutney. ❤️

Some flavours don’t just make food tastier.
They bring back the Sunday lunches, the familiar kitchen smells, the “aur kha le”, and that special kind of love that always comes with one more spoonful.

Our fav stir fry sauce...Mummy's Magic Gochujang + Soy Sauce + Honey.

Here's how to make it:

For 1 serving (2 people):
- 2 tbsp Mummy's Magic Gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey/ jaggery (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornflour slurry (if you want the stir fry to be thick and glossy)

Toss your protein of choice and vegetables over high heat, add the sauce towards the end, and stir-fry stirring vigorously for 60-90 seconds until everything is evenly coated and glossy. Enjoy while hot!

POV: you have 10 minutes, some noodles, and absolutely ZERO interest in cooking properly. 🌶️🍜

Enter: CHILLI CRISP NOODLES.

Buttery garlic.
Spicy chilli crisp.
Salty soy.
A tiny hit of sweetness.
A little tang.

And somehow… WAY too good for something this easy. 🫠

✨ THE 10-MINUTE FORMULA:
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 4 cloves garlic
🌶️ 2 tbsp Mummy's Magic Garlic Chilli Crunch
🥢 1 tbsp light soy sauce
🍯 ½ tsp sugar / brown sugar
🍚 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
🍜 Cooked noodles

Mix. Toss. Slurp. Repeat. 🍜
