Easy to prepare , nutritious and tasty. Ideal for summer.
Here we have used red flattened rice( लाल पोहे)

Its healthier version of the regular pohe and is made from red rice. The red colour in Red Rice is owing to the presence of a pigment called anthocyanin. It is a storehouse of minerals, vitamins and essential nutrients; which keeps the body fitter and healthier.

Steps:
Wash the pohe, keep them aside for 5 -7 mins. Meanwhile whisk the curd to smooth consistency. I personally prefer thick curd only. Prepare tadka in ghee with cumin, curry leaves, 4-5 methi seeds and red chilli

Mix the poha dahi and add tadka on top. Done!
You can add coconut/ peanuts/ peanut/ cucumber and make variants of this basic dish.

Yum breakfast/ lunch/ dinner ready in minutes!! 🤤
