By now, we’ve seen what it takes to grow an Mangoes. 🥭

Years of patience can be undone by a few bad days of weather.

So when the harvest finally arrives, the work doesn’t stop.

The mangoes are brought indoors, carefully ripened, inspected, sorted, and graded by hand. Only the very best make it through.

Because for Konkan’s farmers, the harvest isn’t the finish line.

It’s the final test.

Because mango farming isn’t a routine. It’s a constant battle against space, weather, timing, and the season itself.

Which is why farmers are always adapting, testing, and refining. Trying to get more from the same land, while working with conditions that rarely stay the same for long.

Every mango is at the mercy of heat, rain, humidity, timing and seasons that get harder to predict every year.🌦️

Alphonsos are high maintenance for a reason. 🥭
Because growing them is basically a seasonal stress test. ☀️🌧️

Heat. Humidity. Timing. Handling. Everything has to go ridiculously right.
And with seasons getting harder to predict, the margin for error gets smaller every year.

Which is why we don’t just source mangoes. We hunt for the best ones.
