Special notes - I was the last guest at Pomodoro that night — thanks to a little luck, some perfect timing, and ’s lovely hospitality. I finally got to see why there’s been an unending line outside ever since they opened. And what a journey it was!

I recently discovered Hundo’s ragi pizza base and it’s changed my life.

Special notes? - Imo it tastes as good as the regular base pizza (but I also eat ragi roti and bread regularly) and is easy on the stomach.

On my recent trip to Himachal, I had the chance to try a local delicacy called Himachali Siddu, and it truly stole the spotlight! The bao-like texture, the succulent chutney, and the subtle yet flavorful filling made it an absolute treat. I discovered this gem on Shimla’s Mall Road, and it’s a must-try if you’re in the area. 10/10 recommend!
