Chole (Chickpeas Curry)🍲
1. Ingredients:
1 cup soaked chickpeas, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, spices (chole masala, turmeric, red chili), salt.
2. Method:
Pressure cook chickpeas for 5-6 whistles.
In a pan, sauté onions in oil, add ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
Add spices, cooked chickpeas, and simmer 10 mins.

1. Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, salt, oil.
2. Method:
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and yogurt; knead into soft dough.
Rest 1 hour, then roll into discs.
Deep fry until golden.
