Here are quick, short recipes for Chole Bhature 🍽️😋

Chole (Chickpeas Curry)🍲

1. Ingredients:

1 cup soaked chickpeas, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, spices (chole masala, turmeric, red chili), salt.

2. Method:

Pressure cook chickpeas for 5-6 whistles.

In a pan, sauté onions in oil, add ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.

Add spices, cooked chickpeas, and simmer 10 mins.

--> Bhature (Fried Bread)🫓

1. Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, salt, oil.

2. Method:

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and yogurt; knead into soft dough.

Rest 1 hour, then roll into discs.

Deep fry until golden.

Serve hot!🔥😋

🍽️ Samosa 🍽️

1. Dough : Mix 1 cup flour, salt, 2 tbsp oil, and water to make a firm dough. Rest 15 mins.

2. Filling : Mash 2 boiled potatoes; mix with 1/2 cup peas, spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala).

3. Assemble : Roll dough, cut into halves, fill with potato mix, and seal.

4. Cook : Deep-fry until golden.

Spicy Chutney 🥵🌶️
1. Blend 1/2 cup mint, 1/2 cup coriander, 1 green chili, ginger, salt, and lemon juice with water.

Sweet Chutney 😋
1. Simmer 1/2 cup tamarind pulp, 1/4 cup jaggery, cumin, and salt until thickened.
