Ever had oysters kissed with cacao vinegar? What about a black soup infused with cacao leaf? This isn’t your average chocolate experience.

For one night only, Chef Goku, Patricia Cosma (), and the Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival () present a nose-to-tail exploration of Indian cacao in the form of an extremely creative tasting menu — from pod to plate, pulp to nib, flower to bean. Celebrating the farmers, the terroirs, and the craft of Indian chocolate, this dinner showcases cacao in ways you’ve never tasted before.
