When coffee met chocolate and never left 🤎✨
Ingredients
All-purpose flour 1¼ cup | Sugar ⅔ cup | Oil 3 tbsp | Butter 1½ tbsp | Curd 2½ tbsp | Milk 6 tbsp | Milk powder 2½ tbsp | Coffee powder 3 tsp | Cocoa powder 1 tbsp | Baking powder 1 tsp | Baking soda ¼ tsp | Essence ¼ tsp | Salt a pinch
Recipe:-
In a mixture jar add sugar + oil + butter + curd + milk + essence. Churn for 20 secs.
Pour into a bowl than add all dry ingredients and mix together.
Make smooth batter, than pour into lined tin
Bake to 30 to 35 min temp. 170 degree celsius.
