Both Radhika and her husband Rajat have been fond of jams and keep a look out for all kinds of exotic flavours available in the market. They have been collecting and sampling jams for many years. ooking and works his magic in the kitchen very often. Radhika has her own penchant for all things unconventional and non mainstream – be it her hobby as a tarot card reader or her choice for her children’s school as an alternate Waldorf school. Love for food and cooking is something they share in common. At Lejion Kitchen they make preservative free and colour free jams which retains the natural flavour of the fruit with very little sugar to preserve it. There are no fillers and artificial flavouring substances that in most store bought jams overpowers the natural flavours of the fruit. So each batch may differ slightly in flavour as it is hand crafted and varies with the natural flavouring of the fruit.
