A nuts & seeds mix can be a super nutritious addition to your baby’s diet (after 8 months, in powdered/paste form). It’s like a natural multivitamin 🌱

Ingredients:

👉 100 gms seeds mix
👉 Almonds: 60 gms
👉 Cashews: 40 gms
👉 Walnuts- 30 gms
👉 Pistachios- 20 gms
👉 Makhana- 50 gms

⚠️ Important Tips:

➡️Always give in powder form (avoid choking risk)
➡️Start with small quantity (¼ tsp) and check for allergies
➡️Introduce each nut/seed one by one first
