APPETIZER:
KAASHVI CHANAR DAAL TIKKI
Chickpeas mixed well with gram flour and minced spices. These are shaped like cutlets and served with curd and coriander chutney
MAIN COURSE:
KAASHVI LITTI CHOKHA
Golf sized balls made from sattu (flour consisting of mixed pulses and cereals) is served with chokha - a mix of mashed boiled potatoes, eggplant, spices, tomato and red chillies
