Made Chicken Kheema the other day but posting it today 😜. Super delicious 🤤😋. It's a typical Parsi style with green peas and potatoes in it🤤😋. Kheema n Pav (small bread) is a match made in heaven 🤤👍

"Beet De Kadi" made a new recipe and I nailed it 🎯. Made a yogurt based curry with beetroot in it. It's already very yummy but I'll improve it more the next time. Will alter the looks not the flavour 😜.

Made tandoori chicken in gravy style to go with rice or roti. Super delicious 🤤😋. Made cumin rice and a mix of cucumber and boiled beetroot grated in yogurt with crushed dried mint salad. Also there was mixed dal ( lentils ) with bottle gourd 🤤🤤. A soul satisfying meal 🤤.

The moment I saw this recipe I wanted to make it. It's by one of my favourite insta chef I am a fan of her cooking 😊. It's Ice Apple and when I told my wife I'm making a mocktail with it her reaction was like 🫣"Have you lost it"🫣😆. After the first sip she was as amazed as I was😊. It's super delicious. Try it out people 👍.

Finally I made it. This is "Missal Pav" a local dish which is very spicy 🥵 and is made with red chilli powder and sprouts but me being me😆 had to make it different. Made this with green chilli paste and still added whole green chillies to it. Super delicious 🤤😋. Heavenly for green chilli lover's and Hell for others 😆🥵.

Made white sauce vegetables and then added some pieces of chicken in it 🫣🤤😋. This white sauce is gluten free 👍. Made it with sorghum flour and it was damn delicious 🤤😋.

Made fish again for my niece who was on a business trip to Pune all the way from Bangalore. . She too loves eating fish just like me 😊. So made Katla fish ( Indian Carp).
Nutritional Value: A rich source of high-quality protein, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, iron, and Vitamin A. I just stood there and watched her enjoy every morsel of that delicious meal 🤤.

My first reel after a long gap🫣. It's a fusion of Indian and Persian cuisine. Fish is Indian style and the rice is Persian style. Pomfret is in green masala my own recipe, Mackerel is Malwani style of cooking and Prawns (my first love) is again Malwani style. For me this is heavenly meal 🤤🤤. My daughter enjoyed till the last bite. This was my birthday meal on the 21st.
