"I eat meat because it's natural."
"I need it for protein."
Let's think a little deeper.
If you remember your history lessons, early humans survived as hunters. But as civilization evolved, humans also became farmers, cultivators, and builders of communities.
Evolution isn't just about surviving.
It's about becoming more conscious.
So here's a question:
Are we moving forward as a civilization, or are we using our intelligence to justify going backwards?
People compare themselves to lions and tigers.
But lions don't build factory farms.
They don't lock animals in cages from birth, breed them for profit, or treat living beings like machines.
They hunt.
There is a world of difference between a hunt and industrial cruelty.
If you're eating meat, at least be honest about why.
Don't call it "natural" when it comes from an unnatural system.
Don't call it "protein" as if compassion has no place in nutrition.
Every meal is a choice.
Not just of nutrients—but of values.
The greatest evolution of humanity is not bigger muscles.
It is a bigger conscience.
Food doesn't just build your body. It reflects the kind of human being you choose to become.
