Finally cooked the wild Chanterelle mushrooms I foraged from the forest! 🍄
Sautéed in butter with garlic, cumin, salt & black pepper, served over two half-fried eggs with traditional Koda (Finger Millet) roti. Simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious! 🏔️🔥
⚠️ Never eat wild mushrooms unless you are 100% sure they are correctly identified.
