Consuming more dark green leafy vegetables is easy, inexpensive, and simple if you do a little bit of advance planning. Try adding them to three meals per week to begin, and then add a few more as you find our recipes more tasty and healthy which you enjoy.
Sometimes our sense organs deceive us by eating foods having high aroma and sweetness but may be harmful to our vital organs.
Today as the world looks at ‘Nutrition’ as an alternative for ‘Medicine’. “Abhay’s Kitchen” is trying to culminate the tradition knowledge and to demonstrate how ‘food’ becomes the magic bullet for ‘good health’. Dark green vegetables deliver a bonanza of vitamins, minerals and pytonutrients thus add value to our diet.
If we are trying to reach or maintain a healthy weight, green leafy vegetables or dark green vegetables allows us to eat more and weigh loss.
