🌿 Ingredients
1.🍲250 g Ground chicken (minced)
2.🍲8–10 Butter lettuce / Iceberg leaves
3.🍲1 tbsp Sesame oil
4.🍲1 tbsp Soy sauce (low sodium if possible)
5.🍲1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
6.🍲1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
7.🍲1 tsp Garlic (minced)
8.🍲2 tbsp Water chestnuts (finely chopped – optional but crunchy)
9.🍲2 tbsp Green onions (chopped)
10.🍲½ tsp Black pepper
11.🍲Salt (only if needed)
12.🍲1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps
1️⃣ Heat pan
Heat sesame oil in a pan on medium flame.
2️⃣ Aromatics first
Add garlic & ginger. Sauté until fragrant (don’t burn).
3️⃣ Cook chicken
Add ground chicken. Cook well until no pink remains.
4️⃣ Flavor boost
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, pepper & salt. Mix well.
5️⃣ Crunch time
Add chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Cook 1–2 minutes.
6️⃣ Assemble wraps
Spoon the chicken mixture into fresh lettuce cups.
7️⃣ Garnish & serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds & extra spring onions. Serve warm.

🐔 Ingredients
🐔Boneless chicken – 500 g (cut into small cubes)
🐔Thick curd / yogurt – ½ cup
🐔Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
🐔Red chili powder – 1 tsp
🐔Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp (for color)
🐔Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
🐔Garam masala – 1 tsp
🐔Coriander powder – 1 tsp
🐔Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
🐔Oil – 1 tbsp
🐔Salt – to taste
🐔Capsicum & onion cubes – optional (for skewers)

👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps🐔
🐔Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces.
🐔In a bowl, add curd, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
🐔Add chicken and mix well until fully coated.
🐔Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best taste).
🐔Thread chicken onto skewers (add onion & capsicum if using).
🐔Grill / pan-fry / oven-bake until golden and cooked through.

5.🍲Onion – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
6.🍲Capsicum – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
7.🍲Butter or oil – 1 tbsp
8.🍲Cheese (the star ⭐)
9.🍲Mozzarella – ½ cup (stretchy)
10.🍲Cheddar – ½ cup (sharp flavor)

12.Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp

1. 🍲Prepare the filling
Heat oil/butter in a pan. Add onion and capsicum, sauté lightly. Add chicken/beef/paneer + taco seasoning. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes. Keep aside.

Warm the tortilla. Spread sauce in the center. Add rice, cooked filling, and a generous mix of mozzarella + cheddar.

Fold sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito.
