🥬 Healthy Chicken Lettuce Wraps🧑🏼🍳

🌿 Ingredients
1.🍲250 g Ground chicken (minced)
2.🍲8–10 Butter lettuce / Iceberg leaves
3.🍲1 tbsp Sesame oil
4.🍲1 tbsp Soy sauce (low sodium if possible)
5.🍲1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
6.🍲1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
7.🍲1 tsp Garlic (minced)
8.🍲2 tbsp Water chestnuts (finely chopped – optional but crunchy)
9.🍲2 tbsp Green onions (chopped)
10.🍲½ tsp Black pepper
11.🍲Salt (only if needed)
12.🍲1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)
👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1️⃣ Heat pan
Heat sesame oil in a pan on medium flame.
2️⃣ Aromatics first
Add garlic & ginger. Sauté until fragrant (don’t burn).
3️⃣ Cook chicken
Add ground chicken. Cook well until no pink remains.
4️⃣ Flavor boost
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, pepper & salt. Mix well.
5️⃣ Crunch time
Add chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Cook 1–2 minutes.
6️⃣ Assemble wraps
Spoon the chicken mixture into fresh lettuce cups.
7️⃣ Garnish & serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds & extra spring onions. Serve warm.
