Before anything is sown, the soil gets attention. This is where every harvest actually begins.

The first sign of a crop that will take months to raise.

We test every plot, every month — not once a season, not once a year. The soil’s needs change, so the testing doesn’t stop.

Each sample goes through independent lab analysis with Neoperk Technologies technologies kit. No averages, no assumptions — just what this specific plot actually needs.

Soil organic carbon has doubled here — from under 0.5% to over 1%.
Real numbers, from a real test. This is what regenerative practice looks like when measured.

The advisory that follows a soil test isn’t generic. It’s built for this plot, this season, this farmer.

All that testing, all that care — it shows up here, in a crop that’s ready on its own time.

From the field to this stage, the wheat is handled with the same attention it grew with.

What was tested, tended, and harvested is finally ready to leave the farm.

This is where it was always headed. Good food, as it should be.

Fail ho jaao.
Because when you’re solving complex problems, things rarely go exactly as planned.

In the second episode of Safarnama, we sat with Ronak Shah and talked about what it really means to work on problems that don’t have easy answers — about finding the right problem, feeling it before trying to fix it, listening to the people living it, trusting each other, coming together, and sometimes… getting it wrong.

Because failure isn’t the opposite of solving a problem.
Sometimes, it’s how you understand the problem better.

For anyone solving complex problems — this one’s for you.

In monsoon, weeds don’t wait. Clear a plot today, and by next week they’re back — thicker, faster, like they never left.
No chemicals here, so it’s done by hand, over and over, all season.

It’s steady work - the same act, season after season.

Sikander, out weeding this week.

July, on the field and in the classrooms in 10 slides… swipe through!

1. Ragi goes into the ground this month — sown the way it’s always been, by hand and by bullock.

2. Once the seeds have sprouted, the work doesn’t stop — loosening the soil between them keeps roots breathing and weeds from taking hold.

3. The groundnut he sowed weeks ago is up and healthy — and he’s not in a hurry to leave the field.

4. Not a village-level guess — soil data taken plot by plot, so the advice that follows actually fits the field.

5. An evening of storytelling on the farm — the oldest way of passing down knowledge, still the best one.

6. Crossroads International School (Crossroads International School, Udaipur ) spent the day collecting leaves, exploring birds, making seed bombs — and asking more questions than we had answers for.

7. Rockwoods (Rockwoods International School, Udaipur ) Grade 1 Earth Buddies met their first calf this month — curiosity, it turns out, went both ways.

8. Back in class with a box of native seeds to sort through — and the questions kept coming long after the bell. (Rockwoods International School, Udaipur )

9. A rooftop grow-bag garden and a government school plot — different settings, same first seedling, same joy. Kitchen gardens in two schools! (Rockwoods High School )

10. The first mentor-only meet just kicked off Climate Action Challenge 2026 at Third space . Five months of mentorship starts now.

Same season. Many different fields.

Living soil. Farmers we know.

, as it should be.

A little monkey, a missing mommy, and a farm full of curious explorers...

This weekend, Monkey Puzzle came alive on the farm as children leapt, searched, imagined, and created alongside their parents. From jumping like monkeys during storytime to crafting monkey masks and leaf-print butterflies, every activity invited families to step into a shared world of stories, nature, and creativity.

🦋 There was something special about watching little hands and grown-up hands create together, gathering leaves, making art, and slowing down enough to notice the magic around them.

And as always, our favorite moment was the ending — everyone coming together, connected by a story, a little creativity, and an hour spent unplugged in nature. 🌿✨Thank you to all the families who joined us for this joyful parent-child playdate.

We can’t wait to welcome you back for more adventures.

A village is a tiny dot on a map of India.
Zoom in, and it stops being one.

This season we’re working with 165 farmers across six villages in South Rajasthan, alongside Seva Mandir — geotagging every farm, testing soil plot by plot, walking the fields with the people who work them.

What the zoom reveals: same district, completely different farming systems. Groundnut here, paddy and sesame there, turmeric a few kilometres south.

Two plots 300 metres apart can carry different soil, different rainfall, different pest pressure.

Most agri solutions are built for the average farm. The average farm does not exist.

The prescription doesn’t scale. The method does — and that’s what makes this real, not boutique.

The dot was never a dot.
