Umang 2023, was not that full of Umang for us at Zalt. Four important reasons:
A) mis selling of crowd numbers. We were promised 50,000 crowd of which 1,100 passes were sold first day and 4,500 next day we decided not to turn up next 2 days
2) exclusivity of Chaats, but there were other guys keeping chaats
3) no management of garbage disposal and hence it became very dirty affairs
4) Hardly any visibility for amount spent for brand
We suggest people to raise their voice again this blatant mal practise leading to not only losses for stall cost but wastage of food, resources and bad employee morale. Refund of stall cost is bare minimum they should consider.
