Almost done with Boulangerie Part 1.. and it went by so fast. All day every day early morning classes & standing for long hours. Didn't know it would be so physically demanding So I would. I'd spray my feet with muscle relief & wear compression socks before leaving. And slowly the mind & body adapted to the change.

Nothing but blessed & in Gratitude to get to have this wide spectrum of experiences. Most mornings walking to the metro station I would listen to these bhajans and it would always bring me back to a state of calm. ♡ 🙏🧿
