Growing up, my passion for food was ignited by the love my grandmother and mother poured into their cooking. I was drawn to the kitchen by the aroma of freshly baked cookies and quickly became the head chef of our household. My culinary journey led me to Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, where I earned a B.A. in Culinary Arts. I then trained under top chefs in India, mastering various cuisines.

The culinary industry’s constant evolution keeps me learning every day. Working with world-renowned chefs like Chef Darren Maclean, who introduced me to Japanese and Asian cuisine, and Chef Esdres Ochoa, who taught me the traditions of Mexican food, has been an incredible experience.

I’ve also had the privilege of cooking for celebrities across India in Bollywood, Tollywood, and Mollywood, where glamour and health are paramount. Now, I consult for cafes and restaurants, offering services such as menu planning, food styling, staff training, and private dining. My approach blends expertise with heart, driven by the belief that “Food isn’t just about presentation; it’s about the passion behind it.”
