There’s something wonderfully satisfying about seeing a small idea travel.

What began with a simple thought — make cooking more fun, more interesting and a little more artisanal — is now taking Minitz™ to Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata.

Five cities. Five personalities. Five very different food cultures.

And one little box of handcrafted garam masala finding its way into kitchens across them.

For us, Minitz is not just about spices. It is about the joy of cooking, the stories behind ingredients, and the belief that good food should always have a little bit of fun in it.

We’re happy. We’re grateful. And honestly… just a little excited about where this journey is taking us next.
