Sono dovuta entrare in un bosco d’ortica per trovare lei, l’acetosella.
Una missione per nulla semplice: gambe pizzicate, mani graffiate, ma alla fine eccola — minuscola regina del sottobosco, con la faccia da innocente e il carattere pungente.

Ha tre foglie a forma di cuore, come a voler dire “ti amo” — ma poi ti stordisce con quel gusto citrico e spavaldo che non ti aspetti da una piantina così tenera.

L’acetosella non si fa addomesticare: cresce all’ombra, dove il sole filtra appena e il terreno è morbido di pioggia.

Non si coltiva. Non si compra. Si scopre.

🌿 Una giornata immersiva dedicata al mondo delle erbe spontanee, ospitata nella cornice incantata del Castello di Solfagnano. 🌿

Al mattino ci avventureremo tra i giardini per un’esperienza di foraging e un laboratorio di cucina selvatica.
Dopo pranzo, tempo per rilassarsi tra natura e silenzio.
La sera, una cena degustazione sotto le viti con piatti a base di erbe spontanee abbinati ai vini della cantina del castello.

Un’esperienza a 360°, da vivere con tutti i sensi.

Intera giornata: 120 euro

Mattinata di raccolta erbe e workshop di cucina: 60 euro

Cena degustazione: 80 euro
