Pasta looks different in the mountains. Canederli are delicious dumplings from Tyrol and part of traditional Dolomites cuisine. There are all different kinds - filled with alpine herbs (1) and served over sauerkraut (2). The last pic is herbed gnocchetti with mountain mushrooms 😍
