Giuseppe, mio padre, compra la Distilleria Eugenio Levi e nel 1967 la rinnova nelle attrezzature, già esistenti, con un impianto nuovo. Partiamo delle migliori partite di
vinaccia andando per Langhe e seguendo il nostro metodo artigianale offriamo tradizione e qualità, per proporci ai nostri clienti. La nostra storia di vero Made in Italy continua con le nuove generazione Castelli.
