Hilberg Pasquero summer mood: the sun high, the air warm, and the road unwinding through the rolling hills of Roero and Langhe. The top is down, the scent of vineyards drifts in, and time slows to match the rhythm of the landscape.

Driving like this, between golden light and endless green, with lunch ahead at Ciao del Tornavento, feels less like a plan and more like a dream.

Honestly, it might just be one of the best dreams you can live in Italy.

Choosing to work in organic or biodynamic agriculture means accepting higher costs, more risk, and a lot more time in the vineyard. It means working with nature instead of controlling it. No shortcuts, no quick fixes — just constant attention, manual work, and patience.

Every vine is followed more closely. Every intervention is thoughtful. Every harvest is the result of months of care, not convenience.

This level of craftsmanship doesn’t come easy — and it doesn’t come cheap. But it shows.

P.S. No dad was forced to lift vineyard poles with one hand against his will.

Miklo è inarrestabile. E chiaramente il suo modo di vedere il recupero e la fisioterapia è… discutibile 😄

P.S. Nessun papà è stato obbligato a sollevare pali del vigneto con una mano sola contro la sua volontà.
