RIPE FOR THE PICKING ~ 🇮🇹 ~ Tenuta Sette Ponti - Oreno Toscana 2011

My winefridge is almost full 😅 So I'm done buying new wine for a while, promise (if I can resist the urge 😇 ).

Let's get to drinking, shall we?

This 2011 Oreno is perfect now. On the palate: to***co, dark berries, cocoa and vanilla, leather, some pepper and spice and lots of oak. I wasn't expecting something this complex and bold but glad I didn't wait any longer.

Next up, 2011 Barolo and Barbaresco 🔥🍷 .

New additions to my wine fridge 😊👌 Stocked up on one of my all time faves; the first red wine that got me serious about wine. These puppies can rest easily untill 2027 and beyond.

The Wkr 4211 Vinothek is filling up nicely 😁 gonna need to make some room for all the wines I bought on my vacation to Spain ...

KEEP IT COOL ~ 🍷 ~ Wine Cabinet Wkr 4211 by .

Finally I got myself a wine fridge 😊🙏 a purchase that was long overdue. My priced collection is sleeping tight now, maturing in optimal storing conditions ❄😍 .

I chose the Wkr 4211 Vinothek by . Top of the line and highly recommended by my partner in wine . It can store up to 200 Bordeaux bottles 🔥😎 I already moved the bulk of my collection and it's filling up nicely 😁 so happy with the result!

A bit of structuring is required to allow for easy access to your favourite wines: my wines are organized according to drinking window, grouping together the wines I should open in 2021, 2022, 2023 and so forth 🤓 The top shelf is reserved for white wines, all other shelves are for red wines.
