oholgehalt von nur 5% vol. ist er einzigartig und setzt völlig neue Maßstäbe.

[EN] IDUNA is the result of two years of testing and careful attention to detail: a brilliant apple spumante from hand-picked fruits of our orchards, produced in our own winery through delicate Charmat fermentation. The pleasant alcohol content of only 5% vol, makes it a unique novelty.
