Ogni raccolta apre un nuovo percorso che richiederà anni per esprimersi.
Nel frattempo, celebriamo ciò che il tempo ha già portato a compimento.
Il Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Riserva nasce solo nelle annate migliori, da
Chardonnay di Monticelli Brusati, e riposa 72 mesi sui lieviti per rivelare
struttura, complessità e persistenza.

Harvest has come to an end. Now begins the time of waiting.
Each harvest marks the beginning of a new journey, one that will take years
to fully reveal itself. In the meantime, we celebrate what time has already
brought to completion.
Our Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Riserva is produced only in the finest
vintages, from Chardonnay grown in the vineyards of Monticelli Brusati, and
aged on the lees for 72 months to reveal remarkable structure, complexity,
and persistence.
