Crispy on the outside and soft inside, these Greek tomato balls are packed with herbs, feta, and the rich taste of Mutti Peeled Tomatoes: perfect for sharing and dipping.
🍅 Chop Mutti Peeled Tomatoes and let them drain for about 20 minutes.
🥗 Mix with chopped onion, flour, crumbled feta, mint, oregano, salt, pepper, and a pinch of bicarbonate of soda until smooth.
🍳 Heat oil to 170°C, shape the mixture with a spoon and fry in batches until golden and crispy.
🥣 Mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Serve hot with the sauce and enjoy.

Ready to try Lasagna with Mutti Tomato Pesto, Potatoes and Green Beans? 💚🥔
Creamy, fresh and full of flavor, this veggie lasagna combines tender potatoes, green beans and silky béchamel with the aromatic touch of Mutti Green Tomato Pesto.
🥔 Boil potatoes, peel and cool. Cook green beans in salted water for 8 minutes.
🥄 Make the béchamel: melt butter, add flour, then whisk in warm milk. Season and cook until slightly thick.
🥣 Cube the potatoes and loosen the pesto with a little cooking water.
🍝 Layer lasagna sheets with béchamel, Mutti Green Tomato Pesto, green beans, potatoes and cheese. Repeat, finishing with béchamel and cheese.
🔥 Bake at 180°C (fan) for 30 min covered, then 10 min uncovered until golden.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Potato frittata, the roman way 💛 🥔

Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, this rustic potato frittata gets a bold twist with chili pasta sauce. Simple ingredients, big comfort.

🥔 Start with the potatoes: boil or steam them until tender.
🧅 Meanwhile, sauté finely diced onion in extra virgin olive oil until soft and fragrant. Add Mutti Pasta Sauce with Chili and let it warm through for a couple of minutes.
🍲 Mash the cooked potatoes (no need to peel them if using a ricer) and mix them into the sauce. Stir over the heat until the mixture is well combined and slightly dry.
🍞 Grease a 24 cm pan with olive oil, add a generous layer of breadcrumbs and toast them carefully.
🥘 Spread the potato mixture evenly in the pan and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, until firm and set.
🔄 Let it cool completely, then flip it with the help of a lid.
🌿 Slice and serve with fresh basil on top. Cozy, golden, and full of flavor.
