Ready to try Lasagna with Mutti Tomato Pesto, Potatoes and Green Beans? 💚🥔
Creamy, fresh and full of flavor, this veggie lasagna combines tender potatoes, green beans and silky béchamel with the aromatic touch of Mutti Green Tomato Pesto.
🥔 Boil potatoes, peel and cool. Cook green beans in salted water for 8 minutes.
🥄 Make the béchamel: melt butter, add flour, then whisk in warm milk. Season and cook until slightly thick.
🥣 Cube the potatoes and loosen the pesto with a little cooking water.
🍝 Layer lasagna sheets with béchamel, Mutti Green Tomato Pesto, green beans, potatoes and cheese. Repeat, finishing with béchamel and cheese.
🔥 Bake at 180°C (fan) for 30 min covered, then 10 min uncovered until golden.
