GUANCIALE and LARDO aren’t the same thing!
Both super yummy 😋 but keep in mind: guanciale is better when it’s cooked while lardo is delicious when is cut thin and served on slice of bread or with some handmade Parmesan breadsticks.
How to make them? Unroll the puffy pastry, sprinkle some Parmesan on it, fold it and cut it in 1,5cm strips. Roll them and cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Add lardo ♥️
