olive harvest 2024🫒
a few weeks into harvest and the quality is super!Healthy olives and the trees carries a lot of them. Due to a dry and hot summer and some very rainy weeks pre-harvest the yield is though very low; meaning that it’s needed a lot of olives to obtain quantity. The oil has a lovely freshness, is mild peppery with hints of artichoke and green fragrances.
