This Cuvée Miel 2021 by 3F really caught my attention 🔥
It’s a special version of the Cuvée Armand & Gaston, infused with honey in the coolship and then once more during blending ⚱️🕸️⌛⏳
A beautiful deep golden color that shines under this warm October sun — despite spending 4 years in my cellar, it still feels incredibly lively, with a sparkling, sharp carbonation.
It opens with funky and citric notes, gradually softening after a few sips with hints of honey and flowers 💐🌼🍏🍋🌾🍂
Curiosity got the best of me when opening it, even though it promises huge aging potential 🍯🍻
