CascinaMunt is a wonderful area on sale in nature, with a house which is completely off grid and two caravans to host people, an already established orchard (5 years old) and vegetable garden, extensive pastures, three water springs and a lot of forest. ect where people could come and experience an alternative way to our current society. There are many opportunities for growth and development, at the moment there is a house which is completely off grid and two caravans to host people, an already established orchard (5 years old) and vegetable garden, extensive pastures, three water springs and a lot of forest around all of this. Next to this there is a little abandoned village of a few houses, some are already part of the property, some others could be bought for further renovation projects. This makes it ideal also for a small community to settle in, due to the fact that there is already a renovated house as a base and the possibility to renovate or rebuild the other ones.. After many years and experiences here, due to personal reasons it is time for me to move on, so I’m looking for motivated people who wish to come and continue taking care and enjoy this place.
