Ecco perchè tutti i cerchi A.M.V. sono il risultato di una fusione in bassa pressione con alluminio ALSI 7% SR primario o magnesio AZ91 sempre primario. Il successivo trattamento termico completo conferisce ai cerchi, sia in alluminio che in magnesio, le più elevate caratteristiche meccaniche per esaltarne le doti di resistenza. La lavorazione meccanica integrale fa uso di modernissimi centri di lavoro a controllo numerico e robot per certificare la massima precisione nella guida. Ogni cerchio è sottoposto ad un controllo finale con una prova di tenuta aria ad una pressione di 4 BAR, per garantire sempre la massima affidabilità. The quality is for A.M.V. an essential requisite in the manufacture. That the reason why all the A.M.V. wheels are produced by low pressure casting in low permanent mold using ALSI 7% SR Primary aluminium or AZ91 Magnesium always primary. Following complete heat treatment is giving to wheels, in Aluminium and in Magnesium, the best mechanical proprieties, in order to emphasizes the resistance. The full machining is using the best and modern CNC machines and robot in order to certify the best precision in driving. Wheels are always tested for air leaking at the end of production cycle with a 4 BAR pressure, this to guarantee the maximum reliability.

As tyre temperature rises, so does internal pressure. Managing this progression correctly is essential to keep the kart within its optimal operating window.

🔹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹'𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 is another key setup variable. Different profiles allow the tyre's behaviour to be adapted to track conditions and the compound being used.

Developed using low-pressure casting technology, 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 is a Low Volume wheel engineered to deliver rigidity and consistent performance on track.

Its 63 mm rear offset and the distinctive spoke fl**ge design are engineered to increase the wheel's structural rigidity, improving kart responsiveness and traction.

A configuration designed to get the most out of medium-soft tyres on low-grip tracks, where finding the right level of grip makes all the difference.

Every model is engineered to meet specific requirements in terms of grip and thermal management.

The 𝟯𝗙 shown in the picture is a Low Volume wheel. Its internal design reduces the air volume compared to a conventional wheel, helping improve the management of tyre temperature and pressure on track.
