We were very lucky to be hosted by Callum for an incredible meal — a great end to a really inspiring day at Daylesford researching the new farm shop 🌿

A brilliant day at Daylesford Organic doing a little research for our new Homefields Farm Shop.

It was great to spend time looking around the farm shop, seeing how they bring together produce, food, retail and the farm itself — plenty of inspiration and ideas to take home with us.

We were also incredibly lucky to be given a private tour of the farm by Callum , getting a behind-the-scenes look at how everything works and hearing more about the thinking behind Daylesford. Daylesford Organic

The next chapter for Homefields.

For more than 50 years, Homefields has been trusted to supply fresh produce across Jersey and in our farm shop.

During that time, a lot has changed. The way we grow, buy and cook our food continues to evolve, but one thing has remained the same: our belief that good food brings people together.

Today we’re pleased to share the first glimpse of what we hope will become the next chapter for Homefields.

This isn’t simply about building a new farm shop.Its about creating a place that celebrates great produce, champions local growers where possible, follows the seasons and helps reconnect people with where their food comes from.

We’re looking forward to sharing more as the project develops.
