Weekends were made for this - yes it’s as rock and roll as that at RM HQ !! START OF THE SUMMER ( she says think it’s wishful thinking !)

Recipe for the - Spicy 🌶️ Royal Vimlet

20ml sugar syrup
Few slices fresh red chilli
20ml fresh lime juice
40ml fresh mango 🥭 puree
60ml Royal Mash Vodka

1.Muddle the chilli and syrup
2.Add all the other ingredients
3.Shake hard over ice
4. Single strain - enjoy ☺️

It will also work well with pineapple 🍍 passion fruit, peach 🍑 or guava so enjoy playing around with it as a base recipe!

For those of you that know me well you take the mick out of my daily celery juice habit and the fact I often travel with my juicer….. Here is a little way that I might be able to coax some of you into trying some of my favourite daily juice !

Royal Celery Gimlet - The RCG

60ml Royal Mash
45ml Fresh Celery juice
25ml simple syrup
30ml fresh lime juice

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, shake hard.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
