"You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice." That's what Jermaine Nelson from Hamwalk prove to us when he walked away with his waterpump at the St. Catherine Agricultural Show.

The strongman competition saw farmers showcasing their strength as they compete for a waterpump sponsored by Food For The Poor Jamaica.
