HCCJ by C.K.E Hospitality and Culinary club of Jamaica

This is the Hospitality and Culinary Club of Jamaica Started by me, "chef Kuwyne Edwards" aims to educate and introduce the art of hospitality and culinary to young and old people to give them exposure in the field.

The club will be international and very active across the island. I will be seeking board members to help me on the road while i trod on the journey.

Greetings Need volunteers to assist at Taste of Jamaica. Please also bear in mind that all volunteers NEED to have their food handlers permit. Persons from the ST. James Public Health Department Will be conducting inspections. Please send me a message stating your NAME and INSTITUTION YOU ATTEND.Persons must be in or arount St. James

•Judges Area: 6:30 a.m - 1:30 p.m and 1:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m.Two (2) persons per shift.
•Common Table Area: 6:30 a.m - 1:30 p.m and 1:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m.Two (2) persons per shift.
•Pastry Competition area: Two (2) persons per shift
•Showpiece Area: One (1) person per shift.
•Statistician Area: Two (2) persons per shift.
•Registration Area: There (3) persons per shift.
•Secretariat Area: Two (2) persons per shift.
•Social Media: Two (2) persons per shift.
•Runners: Four (4) persons per shift.
•Stewards: Four (4) persons per shift.
•Cooks for Exhibitors and Volunteers: Six (6) persons per day.
•Competition Area: Five (5) per shift.
•Bar, Fruit & Vegetable and Ice Carving Competition: Two (2) per competition.
•WE ARE IN NEED OF EIGHT (8) MALES TO ASSIST IN SETTING UP OF THE COMPETITION AREA ON THE FRIDAY, NINTH (9) OF OCTOBER COMMENCING AT ONE (1) P.M SHARP.

For this year's event which will be held from October 10th to 11th, the volunteers will be receiving certificates for their invaluable volunteerism to The Culinary Federation Of Jamaica.
The day and times per shift will be done as soon as I have received the names of the volunteers that you all will be submitting shortly.
