Both are expensive, imported, have added ingredients, and lacked the creaminess, texture, and taste that
you would expect from authentic cottage cheese! I wanted to create home-made cottage cheese with ABSOLUTELY ZERO nothing added. I wanted my only ingredient to be 100% Fresh Organic milk from grass-fed cows and nothing else!
